Our Policy in a Nutshell

We craft every product with care, but if your item arrives defective or broken, we’ll make it right—fast. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Once products leave our warehouse, they are considered used for hygiene purposes and cannot be returned or refunded, even if unopened.

Defective or Damaged Goods

We’ll replace or refund defective items if:
✔️ You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔️ You provide clear photos/video of the defect or damage.
✔️ The issue is due to manufacturing or shipping (not misuse).

Warranty: Most toys include a 6-Month warranty against defects.

What We Don’t Cover

  • Change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Opened or used products (hygiene is non-negotiable).

  • Items damaged after delivery (e.g., dropped, modified, or loved too hard).

How to Report a Defect

  1. Email Immediately: Contact support@awgasm.co.za within 48 hours with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of the issue
  2. Replacement/Refund: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

  3. Await Instructions: We’ll review and send a return label if approved.

Hygiene First, Always

All sales are final once products leave our warehouse. Even unopened items cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. Your understanding keeps our community safe!
