Nipple Spiral Extender and Barbel

Description

Use your piercing to engage in some wicked nipple torture! The Nipple Spiral uses a 10 gauge stainless steel barbel that you can thread through the spiral extender to stretch your nipple for some delicious torment. Twist the extender to lift the barbel away from the body and tug on the nipple either a little or a lot!
