Strict Leather Flogger

Description

This simple leather flogger has about 18 strands, each 18 inches long and 0.5 inch wide. Each strand is cut at an angle for a little extra bite. A generously sized wrist loops ensures a firm grip, and the 6 inch long leather wrapped handle is decorated with silver studs.
